These pieces are in an GOOD, USED CCONDITION-Meerschaum Bowl is intact & Carved Graphic Design Relief is present and detailed. Pipe bowl remains in a Good State and has been utilised. Minor Signs of Wear evident due to handling. Pipe amber stem is NO LONGER PRESENT.

An EXCELLENT example of  a STUNNING, 19th Century German Meerschaum ‘Dame Pattern’ Pipe Bowl w/ Leather case. This piece appears to be in a VF/F state , with detailed carved  Relief on  obverse. Leather case presents well , with age-related wear, hinges intact. Evidence of handling/ age-related wear is visible on surface. Pipe stem is NOT INCLUDED. 

The tradition of Carving Meerschaum Pipes, has been first recorded in Europe during the 18th Century ( 1720 ) – becoming popularized due to porous qualities resulting in a smoother draw from Tobacco.
