Miniature handmade book – printed pages containing pages from the book Metamorphosis insectorum Surinamensium by Maria Sibylla Merian, originally published in 1705. Handbound, with a leather cover (portrait orientation). Dimensions: 7/8″ x 1 1/8″ x 1/4″. The full scale miniature book features colour printed readable pages and is handcrafted by UK artisan Ellie De Lacy.
