The band is already setting up their instruments for tonight’s big announcement.The whole town will turn out to hear the mayor’s news and celebrate if the news is good.Some speculate on what it might be and others are sure that they already know.Until the town Mayor Papa Jenkins takes to the steps of the pavilion, no one will know for sure.

Private Pavilions: Round is one of a series of four pavilions.The octagon pavilion is reminiscent of small town pavilions in the middle of the square where public announcements were made.
